Cancer is a vile and terrible disease that causes nothing but destruction both to the sufferer and the friends and family that surround him or her. The fact of the matter is that more people die from cancer each year, but the only thing that is more devastating than the disease, sometimes, is the treatment of it and you need to understand what you are getting yourself into. So, if you are suffering from cancer than turn off the television, put aside that credit card debt settlement paperwork, maybe get a glass of water and listen.

Vitamin D3 Increases Survival Rate In Older Women

Recent studies have shown that older women can benefit from taking vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) by increasing their survival rate. Many older women are vitamin D deficient, which makes them more prone to breaking and fracturing bones from falling down. An international team of researchers preformed over 50 studies with over 94,148 participants. The average age of these participants was seventy-four years old, and seventy-four percent of them were women. The studies revealed that vitamin D3 reduces the mortality rate in woman by almost six percent.
